THE ACTIVE REBEL
The ZERO iTRON is a fully active 3-way loudspeaker with 2 x 10 watt iTron current amplifiers and 1 x 400 watt Class D subwoofer amplifier. The new edition of the ZERO series combines the minimalist design that was awarded with the German Design Award in Gold, the spherical horn technology and the innovative iTron current amplifier technology in perfect symbiosis.

Clear and minimalist in its design, compact in size yet full of self-confidence, the active ZERO iTRON integrates seamlessly into its owner’s living space. Its recessed spherical horn is a prime example of no-frills functionalism.
XM1 MIDRANGE UNIT
The XM1 midrange driver features a spherical wave horn with a 400 mm diameter, a length of 190 mm, and a horn throat opening of 75 mm. Its generous dimensions allow it to easily cover the 250 Hz to 4,000 Hz frequency range, delivering exceptional sensitivity of 107 dB.
XT2 SUPERTWEETER
XT2 tweeter unit with recessed tweeter horn and extended supertweeter frequency range. It features a ring-shaped diaphragm that extends the frequency range up to 22,000 Hz with 107 dB sensitivity, ensuring greater clarity, focus and harmonic resolution as well as a fuller and more natural sound.
Z12 BASS DRIVER
New 12 inch bass driver with 3 inch voice coil and double spider combining high power handling and very low distortion values. The cone is protected by an elegantly shaped, removable fabric cover.
ELEGANT FINISH.
Two elegant colour options with a high-quality soft-touch finish.
CONNECTIVITY.
The electronics include an XLR input, 12 VDC trigger input and XLR daisy chain output.
SPIKES.
The rear spikes are adjustable and allow variable tilt adjustment.

Digital crossover.
EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL.
The bass power amplifier is equipped with an advanced digital sound processor. With a precision and bit accuracy that cannot be achieved with analogue technology, the digital crossover eliminates all passive filter elements in the signal path. The subwoofer volume is set using two buttons on the DSP display.
Extensive additional settings (e.g. high and low pass filters, equalisers, etc.) can be programmed. The user interface has been completely redesigned and is now very easy and intuitive for the customer to use. All parameters can be easily adapted to the room acoustics or listening habits.
SETTING OPTIONS
A wide range of adjustments can be made with the DSP.
The BASS-BOOST control can be used to boost the bass response below 45 Hz and thus adjust the bass response from ‘linear’ to ‘fat’.
The DSP has an 8-band equaliser for individual frequency settings. Each of the 8 bands can be boosted or cut by up to 4 dB. In this way, the bass response can be adapted to certain sounds (linear, techno, disco, pop, etc.) or some broadband room resonances can be reduced.
The LPF-RANGE slider is used to set the upper crossover frequency of the subwoofer and thus the ‘tonal balance’ of the system. At higher frequencies, the subwoofer partially overlaps with the frequency response of the mid-range horn. This makes the sound character of voices / instruments ‘warmer’ and ‘fuller’. If the crossover frequency is set to a lower frequency, the subwoofer and midrange frequency response have a small gap. The tonal balance of the system shifts towards a more ‘dynamic & punchy’ sound.
FILTER 1 & 2 are narrow-band ‘notch’ filters with a level reduction of -3dB or -6dB. These filters can be used to eliminate/reduce unwanted narrowband resonant frequencies of the room.
