History

HOW IT ALL BEGAN IN 1991.

In the mid 80’s Holger Fromme & Matthias Ruff joined forces to fulfil their dream – to build the best loudspeakers in the world.
It was from this vision of two idealists that one of the most prestigious and innovative audio companies in the world was born.

Made in Germany.

Our factory is located in Reichenbach, near Darmstadt, in the Odenwald region of Germany. It is here that we carefully handcraft our horn loudspeakers and amplifiers, which we ship to over 60 countries around the world.

Quality.

Our aim is to provide decades of listening pleasure, at the highest level and always at the cutting edge of technology.

All components are designed for extreme stress and durability. Only the highest quality materials are used and assembled with the utmost care to create an exceptional speaker. Each speaker undergoes 32 tests and quality checks before it leaves our factory.

To provide you with a suitable place for this encounter, we have created our showroom. All our loudspeakers are ready for demonstration and can be heard in direct comparison. Operated with classic voltage amplifiers or also gladly via our switching system in comparison with the unique iTRON electronics. You want to experience the Avantgarde sound in our showroom?
