Your profile:
- A degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable qualification;
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation;
- An advantage but not essential: experience in the high-end audio sector or a comparable premium/luxury sector;
- Proficiency in social media, CMS systems and digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital trends, content strategies and brand communication
- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation and lead generation is an advantage
- Creativity and a good feel for targeting and designing content for specific audiences
- Structured and independent working style
- Willingness to travel for events, mainly within the DACH region
- Very good command of German and English
Technical knowledge:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) / Affinity Suite
- Canva
- Content Management Systems
- Easy photo and video recording
- Jira/Monday or other popular ticketing systems
- Zoho CRM
- HubSpot and/or Salesforce

Your tasks:
Digital Marketing & Website
- Maintenance, further development and SEO optimisation of the company website and online shop content
- Creation of landing pages for campaigns and product launches
- Analysis, documentation and coordination of website optimisations
Content & Social Media
- Planning, creation and publication of content for the website, social media and PR
- Management and further development of social media channels
- Community management and coordination of campaigns with external partners
Content Creation & Communication
- Creation and preparation of text, image and video content for digital and traditional media
- Support for PR work and handling of press enquiries
Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
- Social media ads, Google Ads, print advertising
- Support in the development and implementation of lead generation and customer retention strategies
- Contribution to marketing automation processes (including lead nurturing and campaign management)
Project and Agency Management
- Planning and coordination of marketing projects
- Management and coordination with internal teams as well as external agencies and service providers
Events, Trade Fairs & Materials
- Planning and implementation of events and trade fair appearances
- Conception and design of marketing materials (e.g. brochures, price lists, POS materials)
Brand, Processes & Reporting
- Ensuring compliance with corporate design guidelines
- Supporting the further development of the marketing strategy
- Analysing marketing measures and preparing reports
- Taking legal requirements (e.g. GDPR) into account and optimising marketing processes
